The PTA at OPE provides PROGRAMS at OPE which enrich the education, health and well being of the students.  
PTA volunteers provide support to teachers, parents and the school by leading many of the programs.  
The PTA raises funding for these programs though Memberships, Scholastic Book Fair and Jog-A-Thon.

SUPPORT EEF AT OPE

EEF at OPE is a chapter of the greater Encinitas Educational Foundation that was created to supplement the district's budget to ensure our kids receive the best possible education regardless of how our schools are funded.

The EEF at OPE funds POSITIONS (the major portion of the Site Enrichment Teachers salaries).  These positions are determined by the School Site Council to meet the education needs of the students at OPE.  The pledge drive fundraiser for the EEF at OPE starts at the fall open house with additional fundraising later in the school year at the Auction and Pancake Breakfast.
